Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 12, 2026

About these terms

These terms cover the 65West Apps website and Virtual Vinyl Player software supplied by 65West LLC, Texas, United States. Contact us at support@65westapps.com. Purchasing is not yet available. The purchase provisions below describe the launch offering.

Your software license

When your purchase is completed, you receive a non-exclusive license to use Virtual Vinyl Player on up to two active devices under your control. You may deactivate a device and activate another. A device transfer does not transfer ownership of the license to another person. Keep your key private; do not sell, publish, sublicense, or share it to bypass the device limit.

The advertised launch price is $29.95 USD for a one-time perpetual license, with applicable taxes shown at checkout. There is no recurring subscription fee. “Perpetual” means there is no scheduled license expiration for the purchased version; it does not promise indefinite online service availability, technical support, or all future major upgrades. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Demo and activation

The demo plays up to 60 seconds of each track before advancing. Activation removes that playback restriction. Internet access is required for activation and periodic validation. The current licensing design allows an offline certificate to remain valid for up to seven days after successful validation; reconnect to renew it. Hardware changes or reinstallations may require reactivation. Contact support if an unavailable device occupies a slot.

Orders and delivery

Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases made through Paddle checkout, handling payments, applicable sales taxes, and payment-related refunds. Paddle’s checkout terms also apply to your purchase. We provide the software, license fulfillment, and technical support. License details are delivered electronically to the purchase email address. Contact us if delivery or activation fails. The final checkout total and currency are shown before payment.

Music, artwork, and acceptable use

You are responsible for having permission to use your music and artwork. The software does not grant rights to recordings, artwork, or public performances. Do not use the software unlawfully, bypass licensing protections, or distribute unauthorized copies. Restrictions do not override rights that applicable law or third-party open-source licenses expressly give you. Third-party components remain subject to their own license terms.

Refunds and license status

See our Refund Policy. A full refund ends the associated paid license. Payment disputes may result in suspension while reviewed. Partial refunds are reviewed individually. Contact support to challenge an incorrect suspension.

Compatibility, support, and responsibility

Review the Windows system requirements and try the demo when available before buying. Keep backups of your music, artwork, and settings. We cannot promise compatibility with every device or future operating-system change. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, remedies for faulty or misdescribed software, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and applicable law

We will publish revised terms with an updated date and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove purchased rights. Texas law applies to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under their local law.
