Refund Policy

14-day refund promise

For Virtual Vinyl Player purchases, 65West LLC offers a full refund when you request it within 14 calendar days of purchase. You do not need to prove a technical fault. This is a 65West policy, not a statement that Paddle guarantees every refund request.

How to request a refund

Email support@65westapps.com from your purchase email address and include your order reference. A reason is welcome but is not required for requests within our 14-day window. Do not send payment-card details or your full license key. You may also contact Paddle through Paddle order support.

Processing

We review requests and arrange approved refunds through Paddle, the merchant of record. Refunds return through the original payment method where supported. Processing and bank posting times vary; a submitted request is not confirmation that funds have arrived. We do not deduct our original payment-processing fees from a refund covered by our full-refund promise.

What happens to your license

A full refund ends the paid license and revokes its device activations. You must stop using the paid entitlement; the player may continue to be used in demo mode where available. Partial refunds do not automatically establish a continuing paid entitlement and are reviewed individually. Contact us if a license is disabled incorrectly.

After 14 days

Contact us about faulty software, duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases, or other problems even after the 14-day window. We will consider the circumstances and all applicable consumer rights. Trying the demo, downloading the software, or activating a key does not remove our 14-day refund promise.

Your legal rights and Paddle

This policy adds to, and does not restrict, any mandatory rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or undelivered products or applicable cancellation rights. Paddle’s Refund Policy and checkout terms also apply to transactions it processes. Where mandatory law gives stronger rights, those rights prevail. A consumer’s statutory withdrawal rights are not automatically waived merely by visiting this site.
